Cycling Team Quietly Rides Under Radar

Whitman has a secret. A club team here finished in the top five in the country for both men and women last year, has a defending national champion and alums that have become some of the best riders in the United States. That secret is the Whitman cycling team, which has quietly become one of the most successful teams, never mind their club sport status, at the school. Especially after last year’s strong showing by both the men and the women, they will look to make this cycling season a landmark year.
