Although it may seem like leading information of my personality, I promise I do not mention Arthur an irregular amount in my life. With that being said, I do have an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the long running television series that lives with highly-subsidized rent in my prefrontal cortex. You may be wondering: what does Arthur have to do with the apocalypse? Well, the television show ended. An apocalypse is an end of sorts. Also, the legacy of Arthur prevails (most namely in my mind), and I would like to think that if there was anything left after the apocalypse, it would be an Arthur book sitting in the swarm of PFAS.
Muffy – Politics
For Muffy, this degree is a means to an end: she has a set goal, and wastes no time dilly dallying on leftist ideals and snowflake shenanigans that scratches her fellow students’ heads.
Buster – Creative Writing
Buster also canonically becomes a creative writing professor, and with his year long travels riding in the jump seat in his dad’s commercial airplane, he has a lot of material. He probably only writes about divorce.
Francine – Ethics and Society
Francine Frensky, lesbian icon, ruminated on what was right and wrong starting from Yom Kippur when Arthur had that godforsaken Pizza Party.
George –Art
Like Bella Thorne, George has dyslexia. Unlike Bella Thorne (to public knowledge), George can only discuss his emotions through his puppet friend Wally.
Prunella – Sociology
You may not remember Prunella, like you may not remember a random soc major. Both are kind of into taro and definitely trauma dump their average family dynamics in class.
Binky – ES-Chemistry
Binky was going to major in a lot of things, he’s a closet lifelong learner. However, it is canon that he becomes the local weatherman, so it would be illogical to have him major in religion. But boy do I like to think Binky really considered it.
The Brain – Astro-Physics
It is a little known fact that the Brain or Alan Powers, invented teleportation when he grew up. He is also up for a supreme court seat in the Arthur universe. Some might say he is the Superman to Elon’s Lex Luther.
DW – Psychology
DW infamously becomes a cop. DW infamously had very little talent from a young age except trying to tell people who they were. And being an authoritative tyrant. Read into that as you wish.
Arthur – Film and Media Studies
Arthur grows up to be a graphic designer. He was also really into any type of narrative media given to him, from Bionic Bunny all the way to “Kid Carter and his Sidekick Mistral”.
