Preheat oven to 350°F
¼ tbsp kosher salt
1 cup gluten-free rice flour
2 tbsp garlic salt
1 egg
½ cup apple peels
¼ cup pollinated flax seed
¼ cup Corn-Nuts© (Ranch Flavor)
¼ tsp celery salt
¼ tsp rock salt
¼ tsp baking powder
For frosting
½ cup heavy whipping cream (goat’s milk preferred)
½ tsp iodized table salt
2/3 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in bowl.
- Combine bowls.
- Line muffin tin with bacon grease.
- Fill tins 2/3 full with batter.
- Salt lightly and bake for 18-22 minutes.
