Kevin Begos, a journalist who writes on energy, science, wine, the environment and culture is speaking about his new book “Tasting the Past The Science of Flavor and the Search for the Original Wine Grapes.” He was a Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT and has published work in The Washington Post, MSNBC, Scientific American and many other mediums. This talk is hosted by the Whitman Department of Geology and is free and open to the general public.
