Last Tuesday, collegiate, high school, and club swim teams all over the country participated in the "Hour of Power", a charity event to raise both money and awareness for Sarcoma, a rare soft tissue disease that takes effect all over the world, primarily in young people.
The Whitman swim teams opened the 2012-13 Northwest Conference season at the Louise and Paul Harvey Pool with dominant victories in dual meets over Linfield College and Willamette University.
