Swimming Caps Off Season at NWC Championships

Whitman’s men’s and women’s swimming teams finished second and third, respectively, to wrap up their season this weekend at the conference championships. Although the men and women finished in the same places as last year, the attitude leaving the meet was very different
As over 1,200 fans screamed and chanted in the stands, the Whitman men's basketball team pulled off an incredible victory over Whitworth University — the #1-ranked DIII team in the nation — last Tuesday, February 15th. Following nearly two hours of fast-paced competitive play, the Missionary men scored 17 points in the remaining five minutes for the win.
