- Sanvello: Anxiety, stress and depression management. They offer a range of coping tools and has free premium access during the COVID-19 pandemic. The app also gives you suggested activities based on your mood — very helpful for self-isolation.
- Happify: Science-based activities and games to reduce stress, overcome negative thoughts and promote greater resilience by providing effective tools and programs to improve emotional well-being.
- Headspace: Guided meditation. Some of their premium content is free during the pandemic.
- Balance: Balance breaks down meditation into concrete, trainable skills and it tracks the time you spend practicing each. They’re offering a free one-year subscription to anyone who wants it. To receive the free subscription, download the app and email [email protected] for instructions.
- Calm: Free resources, including meditations for stress, sleep and more, calm music, yoga, and meditations for kids.
