YACHT is a dance-pop band from Portland, Oregon and is currently based in Los Angeles. Join WEB for their last concert of the semester!
Fridays at Four: Russian and Turkish Music for Cello & Piano (Friday Nov. 30th at 4pm)
Come to Kimball Theatre for a performance by Lisa Caravan (cello) and Sezi Seskir (piano). Both are Assistant Professors of Music at Bucknell University.
Mindreading with Eric Dittelman! – Reid Coffeehouse (Friday Nov. 30th @ 7pm)
Eric Dittelman combines amazing mind reading with stand-up and improvisational comedy. In 2012, he blew audiences aways as a semi-finalist and judges’ favorite on season 7 of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.” Since then, Dittelman has been reading minds at theaters, colleges, comedy clubs, and corporate events all across the country.
Rathskeller: “Pub” and Arcade Night – Reid Coffeehouse (Saturday Dec. 1st @ 7pm)
WEB is super excited to present a spin on the classic rathskeller (a pub or bar in the basement level of a building) by bringing arcade games, live music, fancy desserts & appetizers, a mocktail bar, “champagne,” a (root) beer keg, a photo booth, and highly aesthetic decor!
Feast of Carols – Cordiner Hall (Sunday Dec. 2nd @ 3pm)
Featuring performances by the Whitman Trumpet Ensemble, WW Symphony Youth Orchestra, Whitman College Chorale and Chamber Singers, WW High School Concert Choir and Chamber Singers, the Pioneer United Methodist Church Choir, and Whitman Music Department faculty.
