  • Happify: Science-based activities and games to reduce stress, overcome negative thoughts and promote greater resilience by providing effective tools and programs to improve emotional well-being.
  • Headspace: Guided meditation. Some of their premium content is free during the pandemic. 
  • Balance: Balance breaks down meditation into concrete, trainable skills and it tracks the time you spend practicing each. They’re offering a free one-year subscription to anyone who wants it. To receive the free subscription, download the app and email access@balanceapp.com for instructions.
  • Calm: Free resources, including meditations for stress, sleep and more, calm music, yoga, and meditations for kids.
  • Simple Habit: 5-minute meditation app designed to help busy people stress less, achieve more and live better.
