Marcos Medina grew up in the local area and has already asserted himself as a contributor to the 2012 Whitman men's soccer team, providing a pair of assists in his first two weekends of collegiate soccer.
When the Whitman men's soccer team traveled to England this past August, they did more than just play a few games against local competition. They came together as a group of returning players, sharpened their skills in preparation for preseason, and experienced the absolutely unique culture that is English futbol.
