The event is the newest evolution of the yearly Kappa Alpha Theta fundraiser Cakes for CASA. But this year, there will be no cakes.

Whitman students seeking a large-scale professional ensemble experience have risen to the challenges and rewards of playing with the Walla Walla Symphony. The 104-year old orchestra performs at Whitman's Cordiner Hall and has long drawn on some of the college's own students, including current seniors Robin Miller and Rebecca Young and first-year Ryan Jacobsen.
